This superb, fully renovated apartment is located on Rue de Ponthieu, literally a minute away from the Champs-Élysées! Perfectly laid out to maximize space and comfort, the apartment can accommodate up to four guests and is the ideal base for discovering Paris.



The Space:

The appartment includes:

• Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Bedroom area: Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding, storage space, and a ceiling fan.

• Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.

• Dining area: a foldable table provides a comfortable spot for meals and folds down to free up space when not in use.

• Bathroom: shower and toilet, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

• Laundry corner: washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

• Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

• The studio also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:

You’ll be staying on rue de Ponthieu in the 8th arrondissement, a lively street running parallel to the Champs-Élysées, just a minute’s walk from the famous avenue. It’s an ideal base for exploring Paris’s most elegant neighborhood on foot, with restaurants, cafés and bars right outside your door.



For breakfast or brunch, Moka Brunch & Coffee and Azur Café are both on the same street. For lunch or dinner, Le Sens Unique is a cozy local bistro known for its French classics and daily specials, and Le Montaigne is a classic Parisian brasserie open from morning until late.



Everyday errands are easy: a Carrefour City is right next door, and the Monoprix on the Champs-Élysées and a Franprix are a few minutes away, along with bakeries and cafés throughout the neighborhood.



The Champs-Élysées is around the corner, and the Arc de Triomphe is about a 15-minute stroll up the avenue. The Grand Palais, Petit Palais and the luxury boutiques of Avenue Montaigne are all within a 10-minute walk, as are the banks of the Seine and Pont Alexandre III, with views of the Eiffel Tower across the river. Franklin D. Roosevelt station (lines 1 and 9) is just steps away. Line 1 runs directly to Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, the Marais and Bastille, and line 9 takes you to Trocadéro for the classic Eiffel Tower view. George V (line 1) and Saint-Philippe-du-Roule (line 9) are also nearby.



It’s a central and well-connected address for enjoying Paris’s grand avenues, landmarks and shopping, with everything you need within a few minutes’ walk.



Getting Around:

Metro Franklin D. Roosevelt (lines 1 and 9), about 3 minutes’ walk:

Line 1 runs directly to the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, the Marais (Hôtel de Ville) and Bastille.

Line 9 goes to Trocadéro for the classic Eiffel Tower view, and to the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores (Havre–Caumartin).

George V (line 1) and Saint-Philippe-du-Roule (line 9) are also within a few minutes’ walk.

Champs-Élysées–Clemenceau (lines 1 and 13) serves Les Invalides. From Invalides, the RER C runs to the Palace of Versailles.

Charles de Gaulle–Étoile (RER A) is one stop away on line 1, with direct trains to La Défense and Disneyland Paris.

Buses: Several bus lines run along the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Booking requirements:

- No security deposit required

- The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

- The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

- Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

- Lost keys incur a fee of €150
