Designed for comfort and ease, this 55m² apartment includes everything you need for a relaxing stay in Paris:
- A welcoming living area with sofa bed
- Fully equipped kitchen (essentials provided, coffee, tea, sugar, washer / dishwasher tablets, etc...)
- 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds; with en-suite shower rooms; 1 independent toilet.
- Air conditioning
- High-speed broadband Wi-Fi
- Connected TV
- Washing machine (solid detergent provided)
- Iron & ironing board
- Hair dryer
- Bed linen and bath towels
- 2 bathrooms (towels and essentials by "Codage")
- Complimentary baby travel cot and highchair - on request

The apartment is a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. Avenue Montaigne, home to the city's flagship luxury houses, is minutes away.
The Grand Palais and Petit Palais are reachable in ten minutes on foot, as is the Seine and the Pont de l'Alma. The neighbourhood's excellent restaurants, brasseries and wine bars make it an ideal base for both leisure and business stays.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well served by public transport:
- Franklin D. Roosevelt (Metro lines 1 & 9) - 3 minutes on foot
- Saint-Philippe du Roule (Metro line 9) - 4 minutes on foot
- Champs-Élysées – Clemenceau (Metro lines 1 & 13) - 6 minutes on foot
- A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.
- Taxis can be booked via the guest platform.

✅ Damage waiver: choice between insurance (non-refundable) or €500 security deposit (unblocked on your bank account after departure, if no damage incurred)
