Modern apartment - 2BR/6P - Faubourg-du-Roule

This condo was located very close to two of the subway stations and walking distance to the grocery store, many, many restaurants, and the Champs Elysees. Beds were very comfortable. The living room has seating for two people unless you plan on using the dining chairs and is open style to the kitchen dining. Glassware, silverware, pots and pans, were very limited. There were no serving dishes and no mixing bowls are things of that nature you would use for cooking. The dishwasher was a nice surprise and the oven/ range worked properly. Microwave was easy as well. Once we figured out the television, there is one in each room. It was easy to find things to watch such as Netflix and prime and news and English speaking shows. The big bonus for my granddaughter is the Patisserie/bakery right out front. We ate there a lot. Wonderful! Sit down menu across the street at La Paon Restaurant. Pharmacy was very close by as well as liquor store etc. We would definitely stay here again, mainly due to the central location to the subway which made it so easy to do all of our tourist activities. Unit was great for our family. The only issue we had was in checkin. The email link with checkin instructions wasn’t clear on how to navigate it. Scrolling to the bottom didn’t show the next steps. You have to scroll to the left. We were arriving late and it took a few phone calls to figure out access. Otherwise it was a good quiet location that was easy to get around from. Would stay there again

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Paris, Two bedrooms provided ample space, and the living area was cozy, Would stay here again,

Pro: location, safety in theory although the door from the street was often propped open and the door to the apartment hall has a broken lock; Con: cannot regulate temperature - told there is central heating/cooling although apartment has AC unit, mold in showers, rugs dirty, dishwasher smells terrible, poor kitchen ware supplies like mugs, forks, etc.
