    First of all, the staff was absolutely rude, not letting us ask or talk. It was very frustrating. I have never had this kind of experience, from fancy hotels to very affordable hostels. On top of that, the room was so damp and absolutely dirty. I truly do not recommend this place at all.

    This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a restful stay in Funchal The location is in walking distance of main attractions and staff on hand to help It has a fantastic roof garden so you can relax and survey the port and surrounding area.I will book again

    I would like to recommend about this hotel They made my stay to feel at home Specially Daniela , she is the best! With a smile and good attitude always! Stuff are very helpful They even gave me a jacket for one day hike due to the cold weather and i was wearing only shorts I truly recommend!
