The breakfast was brilliant lots of choices. The staff were very friendly and most accommodating for any requests. the flexible timing was great too
I think it would be good to have milk over at the beverage station especially for tea, the milk was over by the cold cuts

Good breakfast, pleasant and willing staff, good security for lift use.
Good taxi services nearby.
Lack of tourist information and walking guides for nearby attractions.
Lack of lounge atmosphere with repeated attendance wait.
Annoying background music throughout hotel including room.
