Apartamento en la playa de la Albufera Alicante

Apartado del centro. Sin playa justo debajo de la vista que aparece en la foto.

Aislado. Debería de reformarse.

Spacious apartment. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and is very well equipped. The apartment comes with passes to the local pool.

We had no contact with the owner, the apartment is managed by a local rentals agency. Upon arrival won a Friday we were informed that one of the toilets had a leak and were told not to use it. Unfortunately, it was not possible for a plumber to fix it until Monday. We were 4 staying at the apartment and managed with one toilet though. Ceiling fans stopped working and it took the local rental agency over 24 hours to respond to our message requesting information on how to make them work. There is AC throughout the apartment, however it was barely noticeable in the second room, which was too hot to sleep in. We used the sofa in the lounge instead. The apartment was clean, although the terrace was covered in beach sand when we arrived.

The apartment was spacious, well kitted out and spotlessly clean. Good location. Restaurants a walk away. The pool was brilliant. A 20 minute walk to Alicante itself and 10 minutes to San Juan. Very helpful with any enquiries and we had a parking space which was great.

No dislikes or complaints to note.

Patio door in the longe wouldn't shut all holiday. Front door lock was dodgy. We were trapped in the apartment for two to three hours until a man came out. We couldn't find the switch for the owning on the balcony. So couldn't use it when too hot.
