The view! The balcony was excellent! Proximity to the tram, walking trail into Alicante was great. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Host Ali was good at communicating via WhatsApp and help us navigate a number of the logistic challenges.
The numerous steps required to get to the 11th floor apartment. From street level it is a total of 7 steps, including 5 locked doors and 2 elevators requiring different 3 keys to get navigate the many doors.
The apartment is dated, especially the bathroom.
