Het appartement was geweldig, mooi en schoon. Het had een fantastisch zeezicht. Ook hadden we een leuk privé strandje dichtbij. Kleine tip, het is handig om meerdere huissleutels te hebben, zodat het gezin ook dingen los van elkaar kan ondernemen.

Vincent als Vermieter und AnneMarie hier in Spanien haben uns bestens in Empfang genommen und vorab mit Tourist und Essensempfehlungen bereitgestellt. Bei Ankunft warteten bereits frische Eiswürfel , eine Flasche Sekt und Kaffee und Wasser auf uns, wirklich außerordentlicher Service. Der Meerblick ist wirklich einmalig , die Lage top! Man ist in 2 min an der Straßenbahn, die Tickets hierfür sind außerordentlich günstig . Drei Mini Supermärkte sind in 1-2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, die für ein Touristik Gebiet ebenfalls günstig sind. Auch der private , gesicherte Parkplatz ist schnell erreichbar. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns , dass hier relativ viele Einheimische wohnen, kein Massen Tourismus. Als absolutes Highlight würden wir den Privatstrand bezeichnen, der mit dem Fahrstuhl in 2 min zu erreichen ist , man sieht ihn vom Balkon aus . Klares Wasser und ein toller Ausblick! Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet: von Airfryer über Sonnenschirme gab es für uns absolut nichts, das uns gefehlt hätte. Die Betten und deren Matratzen waren sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen, die Waschmaschine im Bad ist sehr praktisch und hat uns beste Dienste geleistet. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, man sieht Liebe im Detail. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt

Lady who gave us keys, she was kind. And yes, there is view from the apartment with sea. And it is spacious.

Based on the reviews, we expected better. We traveled from Barcelona to Gibraltar, then to Madrid. To be honest, this was the only accommodation we wouldn't go back to. This is not only the fault of the accommodation. The area is very dirty, smelly. Compared to the area, the accommodation could be a small island. But just could be. But the apartment was full of strong air fresheners. The air fresheners were trying to cover up a strong musty smell, so we didn't feel very clean and healthy air inside. If we could miss the smell, than clean would be more or less ok. But glass on balcony around was completely smeared, it was disgusting when we were sitting on balcony to have a dinner. So we were waiting to leave this accomodation. And just a notice: that was some misunderstanding regarding check-in policy we read on booking and what we received in a message when we wrote that we would like to check in between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Lady wrote us that after 7:00 PM there would be an extra €30. But we wrote back that on booking is mentioned 8 pm not 7 pm. Referring to this, they wrote that it wasn't correct there, but they accepted it.
