Very helpful owner/staff. Fabulous location, right opposite the beach, and yards from La Isleta tram station. Quite small, but absolutely fine for a couple. Two TVs, excellent WiFi, all facilities you could need. I sometimes cook veg in the microwave, so I bought a container for that, otherwise everywhere was there. There are even a couple of beach chairs and parasol to use.We're returning in September.
For me, as a woman, I found the lighting a bit inadequate for putting on makeup in the bathroom. Also, the mattress may be a bit firm for some. You'll need bug spray, we got bitten a few times. In my case, I don't think they were mosquitoes, not sure exactly what.
