This bungalow combines a farmhouse feel with a modern open concept. Fully stocked kitchen with island and large dining room. Fully fenced yard has a new hot tub and dog run. With a long driveway there is no problem finding parking.
You will find three spacious bedrooms set for comfort and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom access , one with a king and one with a queen bed, while the third has a full size bed. The primary bedroom has a small work desk and streaming TV.
Another fantastic feature is the back deck and hot tub in the fully fenced back yard, that’s enjoyable year round. Day or night under the brightly lit market lights.
Whether you are in town for work or pleasure, the Central Beaverton Bungalow has everything you need to enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

On Wednesday evenings, my neighbor Kellie, kindly takes the trash and recycle bins to the street. And on Thursday morning she walks them back to the drive way.
Saturday mornings typically between 8-10 am, Señor Manuel, does a quick 10-20 minute yard maintenance.
Our cleaners treat the hot tub between every guest, but every other week, we have a professional hot tub maintenance done to ensure it is in working order.
Once every 3 weeks we have pest control spray outside the house and around the hot tub, specifically to keep ants away because they love congregating near the warm moisture of the hot tub.
Please *BE AWARE* this space is for current and future families to enjoy and we want to keep it safe, clean, and sanitary for all of you so be respectful.
