About this house rental
Welcome to your cozy home away from home. This 3br 2 ba home is situated in the much sought after Summer Lake neighborhood on a cozy court. It is just minutes from everything! Walk within 5 minutes down to Summer Lake and enjoy the park, trails, or tennis courts, or take a walk over to Whole Foods Market or Starbucks and grab yourself a nice cup of coffee or tea. The backyard is fully fenced in which is great for children at play or furry pals in tow.
As you enter the home you walk into the cozy living room with a fireplace and 60” smart TV. Just to the right from the entry there you’ll see the beautifully lit dining room with tall ceilings, thanks to brand new skylights! This feature is extra special in the winter/rainy season to add natural light. The dining table can seat 6+. Then to the right again and you’ll enter into the kitchen that is fully equipped with all you need to get cooking! Brand new stainless steel appliances and a handy kitchen island with stools make this space even more enjoyable.
The bedrooms are tucked away off the hallway with the spacious primary ensuite with king size bed off to the right. To the left of the hallway, you find an office with futon couch/bed (full size) and a working desk, the second bathroom, and the third bedroom with a queen bed.
Both bathrooms are tub/shower combos and the primary ensuite bathroom has a pocket door dividing the shower and toilet from the sink area. The primary bedroom features tall ceilings and his and her closets.
The backyard is accessible through a sliding glass door off of the living room and it is fully fenced in. It features nice grass and several trees.
The washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen between it and the garage.
Short-term housing is similar to hotels; prices change based on demand and the seasonality of the year.
