Kitchen with new appliances, ice maker in freezer, Keurig, French press, tea, cocktail set, wine opener, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, etc.
Bathroom with shower/tub, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and plenty of clean towels
Utility room with full laundry facilities and short-term guest storage

Stay was great. Close to groceries/supplies. Everything was clean and in working order. Neighborhood was safe for my kids and quiet at night. Damon promptly responded when I had a question regarding checkout. Highly recommend.

The home is small, but mighty! Two couples and a one-year-old spent two nights here to host visitors coming for the one-year-old's birthday. We wanted to reduce the baby's time spent in cars and juggling from strange place to place, and this home was perfect. Our grandson was easy to keep an eye on as he wandered the small space. The back deck was wonderful, so glad we had the weather to spend outdoors. The kitchen had plenty of counter space for food prep - a rarity in a home this small. AND we loved having the extra parking spaces without having to park on a street. We will book this home again!

Unfortunately as soon as we walked into the house it had a strong odor of dirty dog in the living room / kitchen. We believe it was the living room / kitchen rug that were holding in the smell. There were large dog paw prints on the floor, and the home didn’t have a “clean feel”. My husband and I wanted to air out the house by opening windows / doors, but there were no fly screens or screen doors, and didn’t want to let bugs in the home.
The shower was also dirty and had conditioner on the floor of the bathtub.
We ended up going to the store to buy freebreeze and a candle to help with the odor, along with disinfecting spray to clean the shower.
The location is close to everything and the master bed was comfortable. However the pillows under the pillow cases need washing and had stains.
Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the smell which was a serious damper to our trip.
