This bright, clean and stylish home has everything you need to make your visit comfortable and welcoming. Relax in the living room after your travels with Firestick/Roku TV. Living room with fiber internet Wi-Fi, Roku TV/Amazon Fire Stick, dining room table with seating for 6 and sofa which pulls out into a full sized bed and can accommodate 2 guests
Kitchen with new appliances, ice maker in freezer, Keurig, French press, tea, cocktail set, wine opener, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, etc.
Bathroom with shower/tub, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and plenty of clean towels
Utility room with full laundry facilities and short-term guest storage
Deck (480 sq. ft.) with patio furniture, charcoal BBQ

Clean and well appointed. The street is a little gritty, but just down at the end is access to a nice downtown area!

Unfortunately as soon as we walked into the house it had a strong odor of dirty dog in the living room / kitchen. We believe it was the living room / kitchen rug that were holding in the smell. There were large dog paw prints on the floor, and the home didn’t have a “clean feel”. My husband and I wanted to air out the house by opening windows / doors, but there were no fly screens or screen doors, and didn’t want to let bugs in the home.
The shower was also dirty and had conditioner on the floor of the bathtub.
We ended up going to the store to buy freebreeze and a candle to help with the odor, along with disinfecting spray to clean the shower.
The location is close to everything and the master bed was comfortable. However the pillows under the pillow cases need washing and had stains.
Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the smell which was a serious damper to our trip.
