Right on the beach promenade in Warnemünde, at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation. We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Arielle” vacation apartment, situated in a prime beachfront location overlooking Georginenstraße, is approximately 42 square meters in size and located on the lower first floor. It comfortably accommodates 2 people (non-smokers). The two-room apartment features a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hair dryer; a living room (TV/DVD player, free Wi-Fi); and one bedroom with a double bed (space to set up a crib). The apartment is equipped with an exclusive built-in kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with grill...).

The apartment’s initial supply includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
