Die Lage ist einmalig, wer Kontakt zum Meer wünscht und einen tollen Ausblick

Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer war kaputt (Doppelverglasung einmal gerissen), Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. In der Küche gab es nicht genug Gläser. Bei Angabe der Mängel (bis auf Heizung) wurde auf den Eigentümer verwiesen. Es ist also beabsichtigt, eine Wohnung mit kaputtem Fenster über die Saison zu vermieten. Das geht bei dem Preis gar nicht.

Sonnenaufgang und - untergang sieht man von der Wohnung bzw. der schönen Terrasse aus. Lage ist top gleich beim Leuchtturm und am Strand, aber auch einem Bäcker. Leuchtturm direkt gegenüber. Während des Aufenthaltes war er noch nicht für Besichtigungen geöffnet.

Tages- und Uhrzeitabhängig zieht evtl. Essensgeruch vom darunterliegenden Restaurant in den Eingangabereich. Zum Wohnzimmer gibt es aber eine Tür.
