Steps from the beach, newly renovated, very clean, great reviews, 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Wonderful beach, great view. Close to Sea Pines resort and other attractions where you can walk or rent a bike and go for a joy ride up the beach. Full size washer and dryer for your conveniences. We had such a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described...clean, updated, and stocked with everything we needed.The location is truly unbeatable. It’s just a short walk to the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to bike to restaurants, shops, and Coligny Plaza.One of the best parts was having access to the Marriott pool and hot tubs. It felt like having a resort experience with the privacy of a condo. We also really appreciated how easy everything was, from check-in to communication with the host. Gail was incredibly responsive and kind, and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish.This place is exactly what we were hoping for, comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend.

Check in and out was easy. The host was wonderful. We all loved the location. The house was very clean and well maintained. We look forward to a return visit!

This beach house has a perfect location—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool. Our toddlers had a blast in the lazy river connected to the pool, while we parents enjoyed relaxing at the poolside bar and grill. The house itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and exceptionally clean. Every detail felt carefully considered, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Very easy and quick communication with the owner, as well! Can’t beat it!
