Welcome to 2 Cassina Lane, a wonderfully updated beach cottage in South Forest Beach!
This beautiful beach cottage has comfortable furnishings and flat screen TVs in both sitting areas and all the bedrooms. The home is decorated in a beach theme décor and is so inviting and comfortable. The beach cottage is a single floor plan. There are no steps at the home. The living room has cathedral ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a 50" Roku TV and nice furnishings. The dining area has seating for eight and is open to a second sitting area that offers 50" Roku TV and views of the private back yard and the beautiful private pool that can be heated for an additional cost. The kitchen has maple cabinets, granite counter tops and is well equipped.
There are three guest rooms, all with private baths. There are two master bedrooms both with king beds, a 43" Roku TV and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin bed & the lower level is a double bed and there is also a trundle bed located below for small kids. This room also features a 43" Roku TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The fully fenced backyard is where you will find your private pool, with a large pool deck, plenty of lounge chairs, a table and umbrella for dining and a gas grill.
The home is located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza were you will find shopping, dining, local entertainers, a local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and the grocery store. The home is also located within walking distance to tennis and a fitness center and the bike path is located across the street. There are 55 miles of paved bike paths on the island.

We had a great vacation on Cassina Lane! The property was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. We appreciated being able to bring our chocolate lab and the fenced in back yard was very convenient! Having the pool heated was great for the kids in April. We loved how close it was to walk to the beach and access to the bike trails was easy too! What a wonderful vacation week! We will definitely be back.

Loved the house and location. Clean, well-stocked and close to the beach! Will definitely be back. The only reason a 5-star wasn't given is that we had an unannounced visit by the pool cleaner that was somewhat unsettling. No know at the front door, but just went right to work in the back fenced-in pool area. Fortunately we were not out at the pool, nor was our dog out free in the fenced in area, or the results could have been much worse.

Loved this house. The property was close to everything while remaining private and quiet. The beach was a 5 min walk and not crowded, even though we visited in July. We also loved the pool and the fenced in yard (fantastic for our dog). The pool was even cleaned mid week, so it was pristine. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed 5 days, it was amazing! The house was located near everything around Coligny Beach which was great for us. The beach house was very clean and well laid out plus we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier than expected. We enjoyed down time lounging in the house and evening swims in the heated pool. Thank you again for a memorable spring break!
