Welcome to Villa Robalo in Sayulita! Robalo PH is the signature Penthouse suite of Villa Robalo. Accommodating up to 3 people, the Penthouse has been designed for high end couples, and potentially longer stays, in mind. Sitting high atop Villa Robalo, this is a massive, 2-level suite featuring a gorgeous lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, complete with sit-up bar against quartz countertops, a dishwasher and all the conveniences and comforts of home. The top level features your own private rooftop terrace, perched high in the palm trees. The sound & view of the ocean along with the birds and overall tranquility really make this a special space to relax and soak up the Sayulita experience. The secured, climate controlled sleeping quarters feature a king-size bed adjacent to a large sliding glass door for that peaceful, soothing open-air feel yet totally private. This space also features an ensuite bathroom and separate den with sofa bed, for lounging, catching up on email or for a 3rd person to sleep.

If you are holidaying with another couple, a truly unique feature of the Robalo Penthouse is its ability to rent it in tandem with the Villa Dorado PH next door. There is a shared door, locked off from each side, that can be opened allowing guests to socialize and flow through to each suite when rented together. Both suites offer the highest in luxury each with their own private roof-top terraces.

Villa Robalo is located on the quieter and sought after north side of town, in the beachfront Villas del Palmar complex, fully gated with 24 hour onsite security. The Plaza and Sayulita’s el centro, loaded with authenticity and the true pulse of this Pueblo Mágico, is only a 5 minute walk away where you are treated to some of the best dining and shopping in all of Riviera Nayarit. Everything Sayulita has to offer, all within walking distance, and no steep hills to climb, this location simply can’t be beat.

Fully renovated in 2018 by a top Sayulita architect, and brought to life with professional interior design adding warmth and contemporary Mexican finishes. Sensitive to the environment and the growing burden being placed on Sayulita’s infrastructure, a complex, 18-panel solar array was installed to net zero Villa Robalo's energy consumption.

Villa Robalo also features open-air living, with the lounging, dining and kitchen spaces open to enjoy the tropical environment making for a truly unique holiday experience. The sleeping and bathroom spaces are fully secured and climate controlled for your ultimate privacy and comfort. In addition, Robalo PH comes complete with beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and beach towels, and has high-speed fiber optic WiFi.

Villa Robalo consists of 3 separate suites - Robalo A (1 BR), Robalo B (2BR) & Robalo Penthouse. These suites can be rented individually or together to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. If you require more space, immediately next door, Villa Dorado, also consisting of 3 separate suites, can be rented as well to accommodate up to 20 people.
