Casa Brooks is a spectacular and private, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located across the street from the north beach on the sought-after North Side of magical Sayulita. As seen on TV!: Casa Brooks is featured on HGTV's show "Beachfront Bargain Hunt" (Episode "Hooked on Sayulita, Mexico"). Construction was completed in November 2016. The 3rd rooftop bedroom was added in 2018.

Location: Just a short 10 minute walk to the heart of Sayulita which has a multitude of great restaurants, cafes, shopping, surfing, yoga studios and nightlife. Sleep Well - Ample room for up to six. There are TWO master suites (one on each level) plus a 3rd Bedroom.
Main Level Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms across from each other. Master Suite 1 has a California King-sized bed and Smart TV with Wi-Fi. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has its own, full bathroom with showers.
Upper Level Bedroom: Head up the staircase in the living room to your own, private, enormous and luxurious patio with Master Suite 2 featuring a California KING-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a HUGE shower.
Each bedroom has their own, remote-controlled A/C unit, as does the living room. However, you'll hardly need to use them with the amazing ocean breezes and ceiling fans disbursed throughout the unit and on the terrace.
The Kitchen - The perfect combination of chic and rustic: a mixture of granite, concrete and wood. With large windows and sliding doors that step onto the terrace, this room gets some of the best natural Sayulita sunshine throughout the day. Included in the kitchen are upgraded, stainless steel appliances such as stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. Enjoy, crisp and cold filtered water from the kitchen sink, fridge and icemaker!
PLUS, Your Own Private Rooftop Cantina: Complete with wet bar, stove, fridge, gas grill with propane, pergola for some shade, large, dining table, lounge chairs and a HUGE, comfy sectional couch. PLUS the "million-dollar" views (see the pictures). Make margaritas or enjoy a cerveza as the sun sets.
Main Level Patio: Floor-to-ceiling windows with large, sliding pocket doors lead to the big main level patio for your "al fresco" meals, morning coffee and watching the surfers and whales. You can check out both the right and left surf break and see if the swell is breaking.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer in the unit (kindly use sparingly to protect local ecosystem).

Very well equipped home and lots of info provided in a binder by owners. There was an ant problem in the kitchen and the upstairs was pretty buggy. But overall, a great place. We were without running water for 1 of 4 days, and one of the other days we were serenaded by very noisy construction next door. That was a bummer and I wish we could be comped for those issues.
