Villa Dorado - Penthouse

The experience was extremely easy and comfortable.. Eric was extremely responsive by WhatsApp. The unit was extremely clean. No bugs in the air so great for sleeping under the stars on the upper deck with no worries. Furnishings and amenities (lotion, bug spray for outings, shampoo, etc..) and kitchen size was perfect. All appliances and fridge were clean and we loved the large fridge. Perfect quiet location for 5 minute walking distance to town. Convenience store and pastry shop within 2 blocks, and nice cafes within a block, including a sit down beach cafe. Live music at Cafe D'Arte outside on the street coming in during the evening. Perfect middle location between beach/pool and street for avoiding congestion of each. Bar with great menu on other side of wall to right at beach bulkhead. Parking was very easy.

The space is split into three levels. The living/kitchen, the bedroom, and the upper deck. Wifi with internet was available only in the living space, but in full interactive view of the living space activity 10' away in the next unit (penthouse) over. So basically wifi only where you had the Big Brother type living arrangement. I recommend wifi with internet on all levels, and a screen option between the two spaces. Ants were also a problem in the kitchen. One small piece of diced onion had 30 ants on it in 30 minutes. We immediately washed all dishes and everything down for this reason. There was a container of something dated back to February in the refrigerator (9 months ago).
