About this house rental
Planning a vacation in Burhave? Then book our beautiful vacation home. With 68 m² of space, everything is set up for up to 6 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The vacation home is located right on the beach!
Cozy single-roof house just behind the dike in Burhave
This single-roof house, completely renovated in 2022, is located in a quiet vacation home community—right behind the dike and just under 500 meters from the North Sea. Its location between the North Sea lagoon and the popular Spielscheune in Burhave is ideal for couples and families.
Floor Plan & Amenities
With approximately 68 m² of living space spread over two floors, the house accommodates up to 6 people:
Ground Floor: The cozy living room with a wood-burning stove invites you to relax, even on stormy days or in winter. It also features a high-quality pull-out sofa (160 cm wide—recommended: ideal for shorter stays). The adjoining dining area seats up to 6 people, including a high chair. The open, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and toaster. A bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower, toilet, and washing machine, rounds out the first floor.
Upper floor: Here you’ll find a second bathroom—this time with a bathtub. There are also two bedrooms here: one with a double bed (160 cm wide) and a versatile children’s room with two single beds (80 cm each, extendable to 160 cm).
Entertainment & Technology
Plenty of board games, a stereo system, and two smart TVs (in the living room and one bedroom) ensure top-notch entertainment. Apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are pre-installed on the TVs (access requires your own login credentials; no cable or satellite TV). Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the house.
Property & Outdoor Area
The approximately 300 m² property, surrounded by hedges, offers plenty of privacy. A private parking space, including a wallbox for electric cars, is located right next to the house. The spacious garden with two terraces is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Amenities include garden chairs, tables, lounge chairs, a real beach chair, and a grill in the shed.
Optional services:
- Bed linens: 22.39 EUR per person per stay
- High chair: 11.82 EUR per stay
- Travel crib (without mattress): 23.64 EUR per stay
- Linen package (bed linens + towels): 26.12 EUR per person per stay
