About this house rental
You can spend your holiday with a maximum of 6 people in our holiday home on approx. 70m². The house was renovated in 2022, modern and particularly child- and family-friendly. Our house is ideal for families with 2 adults and 1 to 4 children. A holiday with grandma and grandpa also promises a great time.
It is located about 200 meters from the sandy/green beach. The North Sea lagoon is also only about 300 meters away from our holiday home. You can reach it in about 5 minutes on foot.
As a special feature, we have provided our guests with free admission to the North Sea lagoon (May-September) and the play barn. You can also use our beach chair (approx. mid-April-September) right by the sea free of charge. ALL sockets are equipped with child protection. The stairs are secured at the top with a stair gate.
On the promenade at the Seepark there are various small shops, a bakery and a restaurant. There is a swimming pool in the Seepark that can be used free of charge. The sauna and steam bath can be used for a fee.

Sea Time I:
You will stay in our holiday home, which was completely renovated and modernly furnished in February 2022, on approx. 70m². We have furnished our house to be particularly child- and family-friendly. You can spend your holiday with a maximum of 6 people in our house. Our house is ideal for families with 2 adults and 1 to 4 children. A holiday with grandma and grandpa also promises a great time.
We produce most of the electricity consumed in the house ourselves with a PV system on the roof.
On the first floor is the hallway, the kitchen, the living room with adjoining terrace and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with 2 large bunk beds. There are large wardrobes in both rooms.
At the beginning of 2023, we replaced all mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms with new comfort foam mattresses and protected the windows with fly screens to offer you even more sleeping comfort.
All rooms in our holiday home are equipped with smoke detectors. We have also taken care of our youngest guests. In our house, ALL sockets are equipped with integrated child protection. The stairs are secured at the top with a stair gate.
In the living room you will find an extensive collection of games, also for the children, as well as various books, children's books and DVD's that will make your stay in our house even more pleasant.
1 children's travel bed. 1 high chair and a changing mat are also available in the house.
On the south/west-facing covered terrace with a large table and high-quality chairs for 6 people and a large parasol, you can enjoy the sun completely undisturbed. Right next to the terrace is a storage room with a large charcoal grill and sand toys are available for the little guests to visit the beach/mudflats.
In the leisure area of the Seepark, you are welcome to use the indoor pool with your children free of charge. For our adult guests, a sauna and a steam bath are available for a fee. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a free parking space for you.
