About this apartment rental
Look forward to 73 m² of vacation bliss, which we’ve lovingly furnished with modern, high-quality amenities:
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything you’d expect for a self-catering stay. Ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc. And, of course, plenty of dishes, silverware, and many other kitchen accessories (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, digital kitchen scale, etc.). Cooking together here is truly a pleasure.
In the living room with dining area, you’ll find a cozy sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table. A large flat-screen TV (49 inches) and a Blu-ray player provide entertainment. The large dining table with six chairs is perfect for enjoying meals and drinks together.
From the living area, you can step out onto the beautiful southwest-facing terrace, which is equipped with six chairs (including cushions), a table, a parasol, two lounge chairs, and a grill.
Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and a separate guest restroom with a sink and a stylish vanity cabinet that offers plenty of storage space. The storage room right next to the front door is equipped with, among other things, a safe, cleaning supplies, an ironing board, and an iron.
Upstairs, we have a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and another flat-screen TV (32 inches), as well as a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
In the upstairs bathroom, absolutely everything has been completely redone: wall and floor tiles, the ceiling, the lights, the towel warmer, the shower pan (90 cm x 90 cm), the shower enclosure (real glass), the faucets, the sink, the mirror, the toilet, the bathroom cabinet, the built-in radio, and the hair dryer!
And because we place great importance on child-friendly and child-safe amenities, we also have plenty of “kids’ stuff”: high chair, stair gate, child-proof outlets throughout the house, children’s dishes and cutlery, children’s placemats, travel crib, portable crib rail, toilet seat adapter, step stools, night lights, sand toys, and a collection of games.
All bedrooms are also equipped with exterior roller shutters with insect screens, and all windows have pleated blinds. All mattresses (spring core), all comforters and pillows (Oeko-Tex Standard 100), and all mattress protectors.
The house has Wi-Fi, and a parking space is also available. In the thatched-roof house next door, you can use washing machines and a clothes dryer (for a fee).
