The large living room on the first floor, which features an open kitchen, is equipped with underfloor heating.
An LCD TV with cable, as well as a stereo system with a CD player, MP3 player, cassette recorder,
RDS radio, and a DVD player ensure plenty of entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen features an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a
microwave, as well as all other necessary utensils.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The bedroom with the double bed features a color TV, also with cable connection.
The house has a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet on both the first floor and the upper floor.
