Dear Vacationers,
Our House No. 36 offers comfortable accommodations for up to 7 people and is located near the play barn.

The terrace borders a small lawn and the reed-lined ditch, so it does not directly adjoin the vacation homes behind it. Garden furniture with cushions, a parasol, and a grill are provided.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), a closet, and exterior blinds with fly screens. There is also a storage room, a small shower room, and the living area with kitchen.

The living area with kitchen features a sleeper sofa with a mattress topper in the bed frame that sleeps one person (140 cm x 200 cm). The living area has a flat-screen TV with cable, a stereo system, and a small selection of board games.
There is also an extendable dining table that seats up to 8 people and a high chair.
The open-concept kitchen features an oven, a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Tassimo machine, a toaster, an egg/water kettle, and a blender. There is plenty of dishware and silverware for up to 12 people.

On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a crib, as well as a wardrobe, ironing board, and iron. This bedroom has a skylight with a roller shade.
The third bedroom features two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a table with chairs, a stereo, a TV with a DVD player, and exterior blinds with fly screens. For our younger guests, there is a play mat and a few toys.
A second, larger shower room is located upstairs with a toilet seat riser and a stool.

Use of the indoor pool is, of course, included.

• Pets welcome: Many of our vacation homes allow pets, and close to the Seepark, your furry friends will find a fenced-in, spacious dog playground with obstacles, tunnels, and a sand pit.
