What our guests love about our place:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Beautifully decorated space!
- Incredible views of the Wasatch front and super close to our clubhouse that includes a movie room, a gym, a golf simulator game and of course our beautiful swimming pool and spa.
- Quiet & safe neighborhood perfect for an afternoon or evening stroll
- Complementary parking and free building parking!
- Lightning fast WIFI on our large SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- The easy access to transit that brings you within minutes to Draper's biggest venues as well as close proximity to I-15.
- Our condo unit comfortably sleeps 8 people with 2 King size beds, a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa couch that sleeps 2.
- All bedrooms are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
- Unit is in its own buildings, with no shared parking or entry way. Privacy at its finest.
What potentially some of our guests don't love that much about our listing:
- Being in the heart of a commercial area and close to transit access points, although handy does mean the traffic that runs by it might disturb some light sleepers.
- This is a 3-level unit with the garage/entryway at the 1st level, the kitchen/living room on the 2nd level and the bedrooms on the 3rd level
- This is a luxury condo community and as such you might hear noise coming from units in buildings next door from other tenants.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
