The water pressure was low. The area where the property is located is a little sketchy. The garage is very narrow. Street parking is tight. {This is what the owner said about parking: (🚗 STREET PARKING INFORMATION Main St. has posted 2-hour limit signs, but the city is not actively enforcing them. Past guests have not reported receiving citations/) { I got a parking ticket an hour and a half before checkout. We were loading the car, never saw the cop, ticket cost is 49.00. ) The unit above ours has a young child that gets up at 7:00 am and runs back and forth continually. That being said. The property was adequate for the two of us. It was in close proximity to where we needed to be. ( Our daughter is in her first semester at U of U) It was clean and mostly quiet at night. The AC worked well which helped as it was very warm. The washer and dryer were AWESOME, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It was comfortable, and there was a sauna and a cold soak tub. Close to food and shopping. The best part is, my wife was satisfied with it which is good for me. I would stay again. Thank you.

This was my first time using booking.com and it was very easy and the hosts were very communicative. The house was in a great location and was pretty clean. I liked all the seating options in the house. There was also plenty of cookware and dishes. The beds were very comfortable especially the pillows.

Everything was pretty great. I think some spots like the ledge by the stairs and bathroom overall could use just a little bit more cleaning.
