Cozy Condo Downtown Salt Lake City

The apartment was the coziest of our trip. We would finish the day watching a movie on the huge flatscreen. The location was convenient to downtown and Liberty Park. We highly recommend the Park Cafe for breakfast. The property managers are great communicators and very responsive to messages. ** I loved the free garage parking! **

The property backs up to apartments and a 7-11 parking lot with the potential for urban drama. I didn't hear the domestic dispute, but it woke my wife up. Using Booking.com shows the $95-per-stay cleaning fee in small font near the total. The daily rate without the fee was a great value, but if you're only staying a couple of days, the total rate was good but not exceptional. A 10 AM checkout is common for Airbnbs, but 11 AM would be a better practice for all properties. Our last morning felt rushed, especially with tidying up.

Lovely layout easy to find and instructions easy to follow nicely furnished. Well equipped indeed great to have use of washer dryer and flexible on check in and check out as well. Lovely little place.

Location is very noisy could do with soundproofing if possible and as we had two teenagers with us didn’t feel safe letting them walk around to 7eleven as lots of vagrants loitering I know the area is being watched and monitored by SLC PD.

The contact info for the owner/manager was incorrect. The phone number didn't work and emails were never answered. I was sent numerous communications with the wrong access code. The unit is a BYO, as in there's no shower amenities or coffee for the coffee maker. The only window in the place overlooks a lively 24 hour 7-11 and delivers road noises. People were sleeping on the front stoop against the door... For my needs I think I'll try another spot next time.
