Location.
Toilet paper was the thinnest and cheapest i have ever used. Did not know there was a bath mat until last day when i found it in the dryer. There was hair on the bed sheets (one pubic hair). The coffee was empty. The code for entry would not work. Used the key every time.

Too hard pillows in the double bed bedroom, but that's probably a personal choice..

good value for a larger group or family who wants to have private rooms and to save money on going out - it comes with well equipped kitchen. Facility is very clean and updated.
it is somewhat complicated to get in. You have to be prepared to memorize or have access to three code numbers: entry door code to the building does not work so keys are locked in a box with another code. apartment door has a code as well. TV has to go thru updates to log in Wi-Fi. Also be prepared - there are two I tons with same number - on first and second floor.

Breakfast??? Efficiency kitchen perfect.
Constant noise from methadone clinic and massage parlor porch where several homeless set up every evening across the street. SHEETS: in this location COTTON ONLY.
