It’s about eight miles straight west to the shimmering sands of Anna Maria Island, and about two miles east to the many shopping and dining opportunities of downtown. Other amenities like grocery stores, parks, stadiums, and the IMG Academy are all an easy drive away.
At home, delight in the lush landscaping of your private, fully fenced back yard while you relax on the expansive deck and enjoy watching the fish in the koi pond. Inside, you’ll find an updated, light-filled space. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for four. After a day at the beach, relax in the central AC while you stream the latest release in the family room. Use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, then step back outside for dinner alfresco under the café lights on the patio. End the night roasting marshmallows around the firepit, with the first perfect vacation vacation day behind you - and another one in store for tomorrow.

The location is convenient to the beaches and to downtown. Just went through a hurricane and felt safe in this no flood zone home. I seen where a lot of other people were staying at different locations and had to leave their vacation short due to the hurricane.I was able to enjoy my entire stay. I will definitely book this home again.

Had some pesky mosquitoes through much of the town so probably not specific to property but had a great time for the week we were in town. Nice and cozy.

This was our second time staying in this home. The ambience was just as great, if not better, than last time! In a quiet area but still close to PLENTY of great shops, restaurants, and BEACHES! I will be back to this home and would definitely recommend it to anyone who want to enjoy the crystal clear water of the coast in a more reclusive area. Thank you “Don’t be Koi”. For an amazing vacation!!
