Plenty of room for all six of us, very close to our venue for the weekend.
Back yard was a bit unkept but not a deal breaker. Could have used a couple of medium/large pots, we like to cook. The listing says sofa bed but we couldn't find it..... lots of sofas, with recliners thought. Very comfortable.

Clean good location.
The ac does not go below 76. Only stayed for one night so it wasn’t a huge deal. But I imagine it gets hot during the middle of summer.
