We enjoyed this home. 4 adults traveling with a dog. Host was great and available and helped with minor issues upon check in. We found everything as in pictures and very clean. Well kept house and pool was amazing. There wasn’t anything you needed and did not find in the kitchen. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet (surprised to read other reviews mention it is in a “busy neighborhood”). Close to everything in the Bradenton area: 15 min to river walk, 30 min to Anna Maria. Good restaurants minutes away. The screened lanai area was really nice although chairs need upgrading. A note about yard maintenance done in Sundays is on the fridge, so keep in mind they will enter the back yard to mow lawn unannounced in case you’re enjoying the pool area

Our week staying at this house couldn’t have been any better. It was absolutely perfect for our needs with a child and a dog. Everything was clean, accessible and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year!
