Renovated Fazio Golf Villa in Palmetto Dunes

Welcome to Fazio Villa 2. This is the perfect family vacation, golf group outing or weekend getaway.
A big back deck overlooks 18th green of Fazio Golf course. Remodeled baths, huge great room with connected dining area, new appliances and flat screen TVs. All three bedrooms are upstairs and have remodeled bathrooms, Primary suite has king sized bed (bathroom: walk-in shower), 2nd bedroom has one queen bed (Jack - N - Jill Bathroom: shower-tub combo) and 3rd bedroom as queen bed with trundle.
Steps away from the beach and the bicycle path. Hilton Head provides 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails. A local park with baseball, soccer, tennis, basketball and other activities is a mile away. Outdoor activities of all kinds are available for any level of fitness. Hilton Head has wonderful nature preserves, beaches, water sports, and even zip line adventures. If you enjoy shopping there are outdoor malls, outlet malls and specialty shops galore. This was a perfect house four our family, on the golf course with a 6 minute easy walk to the beach! Well stocked kitchen, great decor and responsive management team!!

My family and I vacation in HHI every year and this year we loved where we stayed in Palmetto Dunes! A short walk to the beach, the General Store, and pickleball. Great sidewalks for riding bikes/walking/running. The condo was clean and spacious for my family of 5. I really appreciated that it was dog friendly as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location for property. I think I would be planning for a carpet replacement at some point. Also, garbage collection may need addressing. Otherwise, the property is a great one. Truly enjoyed our stay.
