Cute and clean 1 bed/1 bath beach cottage with A/C

The host communicated well every time. The house was clean. Thanks for renting your house to us. Some suggestions for improvement: We would have appreciated, fresh, clean smelling bedding in the master bedroom. We would have appreciated a hair dryer and an Iron. The sofa-bed was okay but for a six-day stay, it wasn't that comfy to my grown-up kids.

It was the perfect space for our family of 4 for 10 days. The home is well appointed and stocked with more than the average items: soap, shamp/cond, coffee and tea options. The linens were so nice, everything smelled so clean and the mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. The shower had warm water. There was a washer and dryer to use that was separate from the main house. Everything that was stated to be provided- was. The bikes, beach chairs and toys provided were great. This property sits behind the main house, and next to another rented property. It is very separate, and the yard is fenced in which makes it feel so private. It is a small area, but has turf, a 4 top table and was really perfect for storing items and gave the kids a place to play. The string lights are such a nice touch at night. There is a hose to spray off sandy toes. The parking spot is ample and easy. We had a Yukon and it fit with extra room. There is great coffee, burgers, a liquor store and a gas station that is a 3 minute walk. There is bay access in both directions. It can be a bit of a trek with a wagon, children and a pop-up tent, but we did it. It takes 9 minutes to walk to Mission Bay with kids and wagons. It’s an easy walk, and has a crossing lane to press which stops traffic. Everything about our time here was wonderful! Anastasia was excellent at communicating and was available for any and all of my questions.
