This is our second stay at this house. We are locals and live in Pensacola but not on the beach so it was a staycation. The only complaint is that the house cleaners did not get the sand out of upstairs and there was even sand in the kids room sheets and it wasn’t us. We hadn’t even been to the beach yet. The house is dated but basically everything works as it’s supposed to

Easy check-in, boat dock on canal behind the house. Clean & plenty of room.

Place was decent. It is a beach house. Beds were ok (a bit sloped). Bottom step was cracked and one about 2/3 the way up. House is outdated, but it is good location and beach access.
