A charming Victorian in the greatly desirable Gerstle Park area. It is a quiet tree lined neighbourhood with an easy walk to vibrant historic downtown San Rafael.
The downtown 4th street corridor is home to several shops, cafes and restaurants and the Smith Rafael Theatre home of the MVFF.
Muffin Mania, Safeway and Panama Hotel are within a 6 minutes walk.
The San Rafael Pacifics stadium is within 2 blocks as are the public Tennis courts, Bocce ball courts.
Close to many golf courses and hiking and biking trails.
It is a great location for adventures in San Francisco, exploring, hiking and biking in West Marin and the Northern California Coast or leisurely days of wine tasting in the Wine Country.
You can enjoy a tranquil backyard with the sounds of the birds and the pond - a lovely place to relax on the hammock and read, have drinks on the patio or have dinner under the wisteria arbor.
If you are lucky, you will also see some wildlife - on occasion, turkeys, deer and fox come to play and hang out in the back yard.

An easy walk to town. Busy residential neighborhood with moderate traffic. Secure environment, fully stocked beyond expectation by the careful and thoughtful owner. We are returning.
