Apartment is stocked with all that you will need: comfy beds, kitchen stocked with all the appliances you will need and chef's stove oven. "Smart" TV with built in apps like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc—Huge backyard with seasonal fruit and flowers. You will be in the flats with easy walk to Fairfax or San Anselmo. Good Earth Organic Grocery store is near and a great community spot for wonderful prepared foods as well as groceries. Hike or bike in Deer Park and Mt. Tamalpais and explore creeks, lakes and views! The town is lively with fun music venues, wonderful restaurants and boutique shops as well as the famous ice-cream shop "Scoop"!

Location was great and allowed for an easy drive to Muir Woods, Napa Valley and San Francisco. We were an easy walk to the local grocery store and neighborhood coffeehouse. Neighborhood was nice. Parking was fairly easy in front of the home or a side street. Overall great value for a family of four.
