Overall loved our stay. Very clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apt. We would stay again. As it was our Anniversary we didn't cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything that's needed. We used the apt as a base to ride our bikes and relax. Only thing I thought would be good to mention is if you tend to sleep in, you will get a wake up call between 6:30-6:45am from a child in the home upstairs who wakes up unhappy (don't blame the kid, I'm not a morning person either :) Parents clearly tried to calm them as quickly as possible. Other than that pictures are accurate and everything else was lovely.

Here are the pros and cons from my experience:
Pros:
- Iris, the property manager was very good at communications. She was very prompt in returning emails. In addition, she was very accommodating.
- The rental was centrally located to everything.
Cons:
- I’m very noise sensitive and there was no sound deafening insulation between the house and rental. I could hear a baby screaming and crying. I will have to say that they would move the baby to the back of the house, so it would be less noisy. I could hear them walking around. Occasionally someone would drop something that made a large noise.
These are suggestions and recommendations that I gave to Iris, the property manager that would make this rental better:
1. A light above the mirror in the bathroom.
2. Shelving above the toilet.
3. A hand towel ring on the wall to the right of in the sink.
4. Microwave in the kitchen.
5. A coffee table in front of the couch.
6. A nightstand and light next to the bed.
7. Adding a top sheet on the bed.
