Excellent with a caveat

Very clean, spacious and a great location. it was a very easy booking and the hosts are very pleasant. beds are very comfortable. there is plenty of space and when we arrived it was presented in a very welcoming manner. I would definitely stay here again.

the only thing I would bring up is the sheet of instructions on how to enter the carpark needs to be reprinted, as it not very easy to read as its a bit blurry. This is more of a heads up rather than a complaint. use the provided earplugs they are there for a reason. I heard a phone conversation that somebody had at 5am so clear from somewhere outside the apartment that I could hear the person on the end of the phone. the walls are very thin.

Great location for need of convention center.

The location is perfect for SDCC. Also, it is great for the ability to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and our parking spot.

The noisy water pipes. Also, the restaurants nearby work late hours washing dishes while playing loud Mexican music. Bring your head set.

Great option for visiting gaslamp district.

Great location with amazing hosts. we were right in the district with quick walking access to a grocery store, tons of restaurants, and public transport. Host has videos for everything to make finding entrances, using codes, and accessing parking. kitchen was well stocked with cookware/plates, etc

Seated space was limited for 3 adults unless you sat at kitchen table. Bathroom is also tight- some hooks for towels would be a great addition.

Needed more seating, update trash cans, electrical outlet options, water buildup at the outside entry door. Useable furniture space in bedrooms. Clan dining room chairs (very stained), needed a dish rack to dry the dishes.

We had a great time - loved the unit and the location.

Perfect location for us. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. Hosts went out of their way to be helpful. It was perfect for us!

Stairs were steep but expected in a historical building. If guests are sensitive to street noise, this may not be the right place. Ear plugs were provided. It would have been nice to have additional silverware - 8 of everything. There were four of everything but there were four of us and we had to continually rewash. I wouldn't say the futons were comfortable for sleeping but they could work in a pinch.
