Convinient and calm place , outside the city traffic.

Nice and quiet, clean rooms, with nice breakfast. Even though the language is a bit of a barrier, people are friendly and welcoming .

Изключително некоректни! Пристигнахме в 15,40 часа и ни уведомиха, че стаята която предварително сме заплатили е продадена на други хора. За тези дати нямаше свободни стаи в близост до град Крайова и се наложи да се върнем в България. До сега не ни се беше случвало подобно недоразумение. Единственото хубаво нещо е, че ни върнаха платената сума.

Удобно, чисто, красиво и практично място за отсядане, отседнахме точно преди коледните празници, за да посетим базара. М

Мястото е лесно достъпно и е само на 15 минути с кола до центъра и базара.

Имаше леко объркване при настаняването, което се разреши в рамките на 30/40 минути, но забави плановете ни.

Удобно и спокойно място

Въпреки ,че не говорят английски език,обслужващият персонал реагира веднага и ни настани по-рано,за което сме благодарни.Самият хотел е много хубав и макар и на разстояние от Коледния базар,за който бяхме отишли,с помощта на персонала поръчахме такси на нормална цена и за 10 минути бяхме там. Паркинг в двора,за пътуващите с кола.

Vorbemerkung: ich reise relativ viel und übernachte dadurch in sehr vielen Hotels. Bisher habe ich noch nie eine 1 vergeben. Bei diesem Hotel ist es das erste Mal. Warum: in regelmäßigen Abständen sprang in unmittelbarer Nähe meines Zimmers eine laute Maschine an (vermutlich eine Kühlmaschine). Da sich der Vorgang circa alle 15 Minuten wiederholte und dann circa 5 Minuten andauerte, war das Schlafen fast unmöglich. Leider war im ganzen Hotel nur eine Art Wachpersonal anwesend, der kein Wort Englisch sprechen konnte. Dadurch war eine direkte Beschwerde nicht möglich. Außerdem war nebenbei auch noch die Matratze im Bett steinhart. Ich kann von diesem Hotel deshalb nur abraten.

Hat nicht mal für eine Nacht gereicht

Zimmer geräumig, Badezimmer groß und sauber.

Pool verdreckt, für den Pool fühlte sich kein Mitarbeiter zuständig. Auf Nachfrage wurde mit Schulterzucken reagiert. Kein Empfang, man musste bei der Ankunft auf Personal warten. Personal kann sich in keinster Weise auf Englisch verständigen, Kommunikation mangelhaft. Haben den Aufenthalt abgebrochen!
