Lovely spot, quiet rooms, felt very safe with all the locks to access - and great room size and amenities
No lift and stairs to the second floor are a killer

Location was great, especially for Parr Hall and Bank Quay station (although there's no parking directly by the hotel, it's a few minutes walk away to a pay and display public car park). Room were a good size, well decorated and clean, and well equipped (the Kitchenette was a bonus). The bed was comfy and there was a good big shower.
Only downsides were small towels and some noise from nearby rooms in the morning.

Booked for my colleague and she was very happy with her stay, she said the room was lovely and the location was great. We have both stayed before whilst travelling for work and we will continue to do so. It's really reasonable for the quality you get.

The property is in a good central location in Warrington, surrounded by restaurants & bars. It was very clean throughout, appeared freshly decorated & bed was comfy. Free parking in street after 6pm on a Saturday.
We had 2 rooms, room 1 and room 16, room 1 was nicer than the other. Room 16 looked straight out at a brick wall. The shower was scolding hot, no way to make it cooler. There was a constant whirring noise in both rooms and so many red & green lights on the ceiling for smoke detectors, alarms etc very difficult to sleep.
