Standards of the hotel throughout were excellent, an error on Expedia was handled professionally and expertly by the team, testament to their service levels.
Had a brief chat with the hotel owner & his passion for service shone through.
The continental breakfast was amazing & Riad attached to the hotel was also outstanding.
You can guarantee if I come to Manchester/Liverpool I will be looking for Parr Bank.
Place smells amazing too.

Very warm and friendly service, cosy, clean and comfortable room. They even put little chocolates on the pillows which was a lovely touch. Delicious breakfast and free parking.
