Peaceful and comfortable flat with great bus link to town.

The flat was a bit hard to find in the dark with driving rain, but the photo was very helpful. The sofas and beds were very comfortable and the big kitchen table was great for playing games after dinner. Parking was easy and there is a big Tesco just down the road. The 23 bus is very close and runs every 15 mins to the middle of town and beyond. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and neighbours were helpful and friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use, and we enjoyed cooking and eating at home

A few smaller saucepans would be useful, and we couldn't find a food waste bin, or where to take glass bottles. A neighbour took them for us, and told us which days were for which bins.

An excellent stay for those arriving by train, plane or with their car.

The location was very good. Peaceful and convenient for local bus transport into the city.

The access to the property. We couldn't gain access to the keys despite my earlier message which said I didn't have access to the internet and all messages should be copied to my friend. I only found the instructions when I got home, Luckily the door to apartment was open when we got there, but there was no way of locking up while we were out and when we left the property. this was not a failing of the apartment, but of the management company. With regard to the apartment, we would have appreciated instructions on how to use the TV.

A clean and peaceful apartment, a little far from the city center.

Key collection was simple and hassle-free. The apartment itself was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and two separate bathrooms, which made the stay more convenient. The neighbourhood was very pleasant - clean, quiet, and safe. Although it’s located far from the city centre, several nearby bus stops and reliable schedules made commuting manageable.

There was only one shower cabin despite having two bathrooms, which was a bit limiting. The separate hot and cold water taps were not user-friendly, especially since the hot water tap in one of the bathrooms didn’t work at all. This caused some inconvenience during the stay. Also, the commute to the city centre took 30 to 40 minutes, which may be a drawback if you're looking to stay closer to the city center.

Fantastic quiet location away from the city centre but with great transport links in and out. Very clean. Sizeable rooms. Well equipped kitchen.

Excellent stay and modern clean and comfortable apartment

The location was good for us - It is in a good area and was quiet and very nice. The flat was very modern, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this flat. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is modern and clean. There is a sofa bed in the lounge so 5 people could stay here, you have to pay extra for the bed linen for the sofa bed but we did not use the sofa bed so did not pay extra for this.

There are two bathrooms an en-suite in one of the bedrooms and a main bathroom the main bathroom has no shower , ideally a shower over the bath in the main bathroom would be beneficial when four people are staying here, as well as the shower in the en-suite as most people like to have a shower and it is inconvenient for everyone to have to use the en-suite shower as the main bathroom has not got a shower.
