We are former residents (owners) in the IWCC and knew this property would be exactly what we wanted for our one week stay! We were not disappointed - the property was as presented in the add and exceptionally clean! We are long time friends who live only a few blocks away and many other friends in the desert we were able to visit with and host. The time of year we were there, mid May, is what we refer to as the swing-season - when the weather is still great, with temperatures below 100, and cool mornings for walks and relaxing on the patio with morning coffee! The house was well equipped with everything you need for your stay, even coffee filters, which are essential for an early morning coffee person! The mountain views are wonderful and relaxing!
Within a 10-20 minute drive or Uber ride are many quality restaurants - we enjoyed the Cork Tree at Cook and Country Club in Palm Desert for a 80th birthday celebration - great service, quality food, and reasonable prices!
The only drawback to the property, and this is strictly a preference and not a criticism, is the detached garage. But the garage is very close to the property front door.
