The first bedroom, arranged for multiple beds, features a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. At the end of the hall, the second primary bedroom features a multi-window view of the backyard, a ceiling fan, mounted flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. If you decide to turn left towards the West Wing, you’ll find the third bedroom just past a full bathroom (with a standalone shower). This bedroom features a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV, with paintings and sculptural air for guests to enjoy. The fourth bedroom is just off the sunken living room and features two skylights, a bright big window with plantation shutters, and a minimalist layout. Head through the double doors at the end of the hall to reach the fifth/primary bedroom. This main bedroom suite features a gas fireplace, gym area, wet bar, a desk workspace with a monitor, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a large private sauna, a bidet, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. Welcome to the Delgado Estate! You will not want to leave. In the garage you will have access to a Tesla charger as well!

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property was in a location we have been quite familiar with for almost 40 years. Our expectations were hopeful. The house had everything that we did expect. It was a wonderful place to stay. The bedrooms are excellent. The beds were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and kitchen supplies that we needed for meals. Since it is mostly tiled floors, it was somewhat resonate hard to be quiet. We had age ranges from a one-year-old infant to seniors. There was available bikes and an abundance of towels, sheets, etc. Very much enjoyed the kitchen area for family meals. It was a little cold outside so we didn’t really use the outside table. We did use the hot tub, which was quite nice. We did not use the pool. It took us a little bit of time to figure out how to get the hot tub to warm up. But after we did this, it was very straightforward. We also used the outdoor grill several times which seemed a little inconsistent in the heating. But overall was dependable. This was a very pricey house but it was worth the cost. We very much enjoyed our time. the house managers made this quite easy. Good communication.We likely would want to rent the house again. Would highly recommend staying there. Verycomfortable. We did not use the sauna at all.

Way too many issues to list with this property for the cost. I would be hesitant to rent through your company again.
For the owner to not want to spend the money to correct things promptly because as I was told "they plan on remodeling the home and don't want to spend money on it now"is pathetic. They wanted the income didn't they!
