Floor to ceiling windows in kitchen, dining & family room give you expansive views of palm trees and mountains. Walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Close to Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals, as well as shopping and dining. Unique neighborhood with the rear of homes on each block all facing a large grassy common area with pool, palm trees, fruit trees and wide open views of the crystal blue desert skies and sun-drenched mountains. 3 night minimum stay required during holidays and music festival season.

The hosts are very kind, welcoming, and responsive. The home is the nicest in the development, which was very safe and quiet. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The layout is great and the home was cute, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We very much appreciated the opportunity to stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Great stay ideally located near Indian Wells Tennis Center. Great for families and dogs. Really nice amenities, comfy couches and beds. Would definitely stay again!

This is the third year we've rented from Ron and Susan. We keep coming back because the house is very comfortable, with enough space to provide privacy even for a larger group. The neighborhood is quiet, landscaping is attractive, and it's easy to get to I10 or 111. Especially enjoyed the fire pit. A few minor glitches with check-in this time, but quickly remedied.
