It is central to Indian Wells, La Quinta & Palm Desert.10 mins walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden; 8 mins drive to El Paseo shopping area, less than 6 miles to Coachella festivals & the Stagecoach. Beautiful backyard w/private pool/spa/gazebo lounge area w/5 hole professional putting green& gorgeous mountain/sunset views. Private Saltwater Spa/Pool. It is 3bd, 2ba Ranch resort home.1 car & 1 golf cart garage, plenty of parking spaces on driveway/street. Each Rm has its own RokuTV. A perfect vacation home getaway.

Our stay at this house was incredible. The property was modern, clean and was fully stocked with what we needed. The kitchen was incredible and had everything we could have needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The outside area is the standout! The putting green was super fun. And the pool provided daily relief from the heat. The property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
However, there are two things that would have made the stay better:
- Blackout curtains in the bedrooms: The house has amazing natural light but would be nice to block out the light especially in the mornings
- Electronic Key / Entry pad: We had multiple parties staying at the house and it would have been nice to not have to negotiate the lockbox and keys.

the pool was not open that was not disclosed to us. hardly any of the kitchen outlets worked. We were 3 adults and so had 3 cars in the drive way. the ramp up had a huge screw sticking up could have easily damaged a tire.
