Stepping away from the living room is the gracious formal dining area, featuring a crystal chandelier and an impressive full bar, which leads to the gourmet kitchen.
The chef's kitchen is fully equipped to cater to any occasion. It boasts a Sub-Zero refrigerator, double ovens, a counter-top ice maker, and much more. The large pantry contains the essentials, and the cabinets are stocked with fine tableware and linens.
Tucked next to the window is a charming breakfast nook and office area with expansive views that flow into the inviting family room. Here, you can relax while reading a book, watching the TV above the fireplace, or listening to music from the Sonos system, which has integrated speakers throughout the home.

Four air conditioners/furnaces and a water purification system are there for your comfort. This home is perfect for those who enjoy the finer things in life.
The Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open) is only a 4-minute drive away or take a shuttle bus from the IW Resort Hotel. Also, nearby is The Indian Wells Golf Resort, which boasts two award-winning Troon 18-hole courses, and world-class shopping and dining on El Paseo Drive - the shopping mecca of the desert. Golf carts are available for rent, and a driver is available by appointment. Further details will be addressed once payment has been received.
Please note that a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is required, and (reflecting the energy costs), if the electricity and or gas bill exceeds $200 per month, the excess will be billed to your stay. Also, please submit pet information for the owner’s approval. Thank you.

This beautiful home with a Southern exposure is situated on a double lot, overlooking the golf course and mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed this expansive backyard with the pool, spa, and fire pit. The inside offered beautiful views, with its large windows and high ceilings. Each bedroom has its own
en suite. Susan, the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Caregivers for the home were also very kind and responsive to any needs. We would love to stay again.

My husband and I have truly enjoyed this remarkable home. You are surrounded with fabulous beauty inside and out. The home is appointed so well that you do not need one thing more to add to your comfort. The outdoor area is lovely with the mountains as a backdrop and the golf course absolutely lovely. The owner has always been
very accommodating and is anxious to see that your stay is wonderful.

What an beautiful home with incredible surroundings! My wife and I could have stayed there forever. The backyard patio overlooking the beautiful golf course is great and the pool and hot tub are wonderful. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with lush grass and colorful flowers to enjoy on our daily walks. We enjoyed the area golf courses, polo on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons and sun, sun and more sun. The owner was very attentive and very friendly--she made us feel very much at home.
