Amo's Hotel

The staff were very friendly and welcomed us on check in. The room was lovely and spacious, and the air conditioning was great. We were heading out for the day after we checked out and they let us keep our car in one of their parking spaces on the road which was very kind so thank you. On check out they also gave us croissants, coffee and orange juice free of charge so that was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay only a 10 minute walk from the Main Street in Shkoder.

The outside doors/windows didn’t quite close which meant a bit of road noise coming in but it didn’t affect anything really.

From the moment you enter Amos hotel it has a homely feel,the people are very friendly, helpful, kind, we stayed here twice passing through, when we arrived we were offered coffee, water as we got the keys to the room,the room is a good size with comfortable bed, shower is a good size with toiletries, as we came down the first morning there was breakfast that we didn't expect as its not mentioned when you book,I would 100% recommend here on our next visit to shkoder we won't look anywhere else, thank you for your kindness and hospitality. If was possible a small fridge in the room for keeping water cold would be a bonus.

Samir, Andy and the staff are the best! They make you feel at home and really know what customer service is! The rooms are spacious and although below is a bar, there is no noice of that (the bar closes at 22.00). I can recommend this place very much.

Before we stayed here I contacted the property and asked if you could get us bus tickets to tethe,when we arrived they were there,on arrival we were offered coffee, water the feel of the place is very friendly, relaxed, helpful, they can't do enough for you, the location is about 15 minutes from where buses stop, we can't recommend enough and when we go there again we won't look anywhere else.

The only thing that would be helpful is a small fridge in the room to keep water cool .
