    Staff were super helpful with recommendations and super friendly. Location was great and nice rooftop bar and seperate rooftop pool. Rooms clean, quite and comfortable despite central location.

    I absolutely loved the UMusic Hotel in Madrid. It was perfectly placed for getting around Madrid - we walked everywhere! It is very modern and quirky which me and my daughter thought was brilliant. The room was very clean, stylish and quiet. The atmosphere is very warm and relaxed - especially in the dining room where breakfast is accompanied by a live pianist and the gorgeous soft seating is a very welcome change from the cold, clinical furniture of most breakfast rooms. The roof terrace bar afforded a perfect start to our evenings, catching the last sun of the day whilst admiring a wonderful view over Madrid. Also the rooftop pool area is just ideal and a wonderful use of space. It is nicely sheltered from any winds by the surrounding buildings but a suntrap at the same time, with very nice, attentive staff. Actually, we found absolutely all of the staff to be very friendly, helpful and courteous. I for one can't wait to return to the UMusic Hotel.

    I spent one night in Umusic Hotel and it was a good stay very close to restaurants and Plaza Mayor, Mercado and the Gran Via where all the excitement takes place.

    You’re paying for the location of this hotel. The rooms are small and the amenities are meh. Their level of service is 2-star not 5-star. We did stay at an actual 5-star Hotel in Lisbon before this one so this may not be totally fair.
